In a world that is obsessed with Cosmetic Surgery, This image is really striking. It almost adds glamour/sophistication to having your head wrapped up in a bandage, whoever this lady is, she is doing it in style!
I think the subject plastic surgery would be a good sub theme for Organic Beauty- Rather than showing naturalness, purity etc you could show the complete opposite and be extremely elaborate or even unrealistic with what surgery can do, which is what seem's to be more popular within the western culture/american culture, especially with the rise of lips like Kylie Jenner's.
